What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The firm should focus on changing their main objective of billing and move towards increasing office morale. Management should attend sexual harassment classes alongside the staff.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm provides a good salary and other perks to their staff. The staff is very kind. The office is in close proximity to city offices. Many of the staff has had a long career at the firm.
What did you not like about this institution?
The firm focuses on billing hours and turning profit. Sexual harassment is not taken seriously in the office environment. There is a lack of training for new employees.
