Advice to law firm management:
I believe that offering paralegals and secretaries the opportunity to increase their skills and provide training will not only further their careers, but will also be an immense help to the attorneys who need further support to provide the best quality of legal support for all our clients.
Pros:
Nationally recognized firm with interesting cases, lack of training in support staff
Cons:
Paralegals and secretaries provide much of the support to attorneys at the firm.In order to support the heavy workload of many of the cases, they may need to receive more training. I noticed this throughout the firm, unfortunately, and think it's an issue that needs to be taken up with the management.

Pros:
This is a solid place to learn and work. I have gained so much knowledge and I learn more every day.
Cons:
Wiggin and Dana LLP are very serious about their work. If you have any problems, they will help you out, but expect your work to be flawless.

Pros:
I was very happy to land the job at Wiggin and Dana. I heard it would be difficult, and they were right. Very tough, but rewarding.
Cons:
There is so much work to be done in a day it can seem overwhelming. People will help if asked, though.
