What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Paying employees more would give an incentive to work harder. If employees are not happy with their pay then they will go somewhere that they feel is adequate.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The work environment for this establishment is outstanding. There is high employee satisfaction and everyone seems to get along with one another. Employees work well together and keep a friendly and upbeat atmosphere among the work place.
What did you not like about this institution?
The firm unfortunately has little room to grow. The pay is not great compared to what other firms in the area are offering and employees are finding better opportunities among other nearby law firms.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Treat your associates like adults and give them ownership of their careers. Follow the example of the litigation group across the firm.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The litigation and labor/employment group are the shining stars of the firm. Associates are mentored and encouraged in their career and there is plenty of work to go around.
What did you not like about this institution?
Other areas of the firm are inconsistent. Frequently lacking enough work such that it is hoarded by the partners. Limited to no client contact..
People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
Real estate partners best avoided. Excellent attorneys but any associate client development is quickly owned by the partner as the associate is pushed aside.
How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
The litigation and labor group and the corporate group work very hard to be the kind of groups that draw out the best of the associates.
