What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
There needs to be a universal way of doing things at this firm. Everyone has their own way of doing things, whether it be the old school way or the new way. This creates problems and caused me to have to stay very late into the night on multiple occasions because I could not get the help that I needed.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Everyone is friendly and seems to be quite passionate about the work they are doing. The front staff is also very helpful as well.
What did you not like about this institution?
I worked here awhile for a few months before I had to go because the working environment is WAY too crowded and diverse. This is particularly hurtful when I am asking for help and I have a younger guy and an older man helping me simultaneously and both have their own ways of doing things, which just further confuses me.
