What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This firm should consider putting someone else in charge of management who can keep it running smoothly. Otherwise, employees will leave due to the stress from other employees.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The starting pay for this company is pretty good compared to other firms in the area. They also offer great benefits with good health insurance as well as dental. They also offer good raises from time to time but it's very inconsistent.
What did you not like about this institution?
The moraleand professionalism at this firm really need to improve. Staff just comes and goes as they please and other employees are left to pick up the slack. Management just doesn't seem to care and is rarely around half the time.

I spent a year here and learned so much. They have an extensive library full of resources, so there's no shortage of ways to learn.
What did you not like about this institution?
The scheduling can be overwhelming at times, but they will work with you. The overtime is lucrative, but exhausting.
