Stay for 2-3 years and then move on.... not worth staying as any effort and dedication to the firm will not be repaid.

The firm expends a lot of time and effort in training and new developments. Support staff generally very good and knowledgeable.

Very much a 2 tier environment. The Directors tend to be very arrogant and dismissive of associates. The culture has changed over the years with very little transparency and heavy politics.

Make sure that you understand the process for communicating in this firm as it will become important in getting help that you need. Take advantage of the opportunities the firm offers as it will help you for years to come.

This is a fantastic firm to work for. The entire place is helpful and encouraging and they all want the best for one another. They give you the tools you need to be successful and to grow in your skill set.

Communication in this firm can sometimes get crossed and that can become a barrier if you can't work through that. It's best to use a chain of command concept because you can and will at times get lost in the cracks.
