Consciousness, Mindlessness and Your Career
If managers see people having off days they should just have them take some vacation time to get rid of some of that stress.
Most people here are some of the best at what they do in the field and we get pay to match that experience.
The managers here are extremely strict and you will have problems if you have too many off days in a row.
I think that something should probably be done to make sure that the partners are not showing favoritism or treating people badly.
The pay and benefits offered here are pretty good, and there are a lot of experts walking the halls. Associates and support staff are very friendly, for the most part.
Some of the partners in the firm don't always treat everyone with respect. It's almost as if they think they are better than others. I don't often see these people so it doesn't affect me very much, but I've heard about it.
