What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would want the partners to show a bit more care outside of their own work. I think it would increase morale and let everyone know small cases are just as important to the firm.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I found myself immediately putting in a lot of hard work, but the firm culture does not encourage workaholic behavior. The other attorneys are very intelligent and knowledge in their respective practice areas. I found myself learning a lot from them.
What did you not like about this institution?
With the partners they at times only seem to care about their own work. If you are working with a partner it'll be a great experience. Otherwise they tend to not care a lot. I have noticed that it does lower the morale a bit, but they do handle many of the high profile cases.
