Advice to law firm management: The hours can be unforgiving and to manage that is your real challenge. You may need to work twelve hours a day and six days a week during certain time periods.

Pros: Bass, Berry & Sims PLC is one of the prestigious law firms to work for. I found that the quality and scope of the work is untouchable. There are very talented attorneys to learn from.

Cons: There is overwhelming amount of favoritism within management and it hurts your growth opportunities. I also found that there is also lack of quality feedback from management.
