What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Bass, Berry & Sims PLC is one of the prestigious law firms to work for. I found that the quality and scope of the work is untouchable. There are very talented attorneys to learn from.

What did you not like about this institution?
There is overwhelming amount of favoritism within management and it hurts your growth opportunities. I also found that there is also lack of quality feedback from management.
