The majority of the partners are great people to work for and everyone else is very nice and supportive.ConsThe company policies regarding billable hours and leave are not well communicated. The satellite offices are somewhat neglected when compared to the main office.

My advice is that career stability is not there. So you must look at other firms in case you get fired. So in short I can say that job stability is poor.

I must say that co-workers had fun together while still getting the daily tasks completed efficiently. The only good things were nice attorneys and amount of work available.

The biggest problem with the job was the pressure of sales. Pay was lower compared to other same size firms. They are firing old employees to hire cheap new labor. The management and staff were disconnected.
