What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Please be persistent. Don't get discouraged if you're given general administrative tasks. Do it fast and efficient, so you can request work that will give you some real internship experience.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I interned there for a year. The firm has been around a long time and it's well respected. They promote a stress free working environment. Massages are available during breaks. I like the friendliness and the educational opportunities that they provide.

What did you not like about this institution?
You really need to be motivated to be successful at this firm. The associates like to assign general office tasks, such as filing. I would have received any real world case management experience is I didn't constantly insist.

I would like to see us continue to expand and take on even more diverse cases. I think that we could also use some more attorneys to help out at my location as well.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The work is quite diverse and always interesting, Being a large firm with many office locations I have found it quite easy to learn how things are done at this firm.

What did you not like about this institution?
Being a large firm with many locations, I have found it hard to fit in at first. That being said, once I got to know everyone I felt like I was at home every time I stepped in the office.
