Limited career advancement despite management's claims to internally train staff to progress within the firm. Pay is also lower compared to industry standards. So you need to be flexible and a quick learner too.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Sirote & Permutt, PC is a very dynamic law firm with plenty of opportunities. Management enables individuals to work independently with collaborative team approach. Few attorneys were real leaders, thus maintaining a positive environment. Lots of opportunities to learn new things & flexible work arrangements.

What did you not like about this institution?
Some managers were not focused in improving the resources by giving opportunities. The management expects you to work long hours so it takes a toll on work-life balance.

Some sort of system to help quicken the pace for future employees to advance might lead to better people to start with.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I have worked here since graduating and it has been a wonderful ride within the place. Advancement through and through.

What did you not like about this institution?
I think the pay is slow to measure up with performance, while its great now, it took a while to be recognized.
