The candidate will focus on criminal law and civil litigation. Interact with clients, opposing counsel, and the team. Work a case from start to finish with minimal supervision. Draft pleadings and all other legal documents. Handle all aspects of litigation. Represent clients in an assertive manner. Active Arkansas Law License is required. Must work well in a team atmosphere and be semi-tech savvy. Recent Bar passers are encouraged to apply.
The candidate should have 3+ years of civil litigation experience. Prior experience in insurance defense is preferred. Must be active members in good standing of the Arkansas Bar.
