Attorney - Litigation
The candidate should have 1-3 years of experience. Strong academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills, and federal court experience are also a plus. Must be admitted to practice in Florida.
Employment Litigation Attorney
The candidate must have 2-5 years of labor and employment experience. Large firm and stellar academics are preferred. Must have strong legal research, writing and analytical skills. Federal and state court experience are required. Must be a member of The Florida Bar.
Employment Law Attorney
The candidate will provide legal advice and guidance on employment law issues, which include ADA, FMLA, wage/hour, EEO, corrective actions, employment compliance and other areas requiring legal counsel to avoid or mitigate risks. Will attend hearings, mediations and other duties as assigned. Be well-versed in the rules of evidence and introducing evidence. Should be able to travel as needed.
