Should have a degree in cellular biology, immunology, molecular biology, pharmaceutical sciences, genomics, chemistry, biochemistry, or a related area and be USPTO-registered or eligible to sit for the Patent Bar. Should also have strong analytical skills and superior academic credentials.
Mid-Level Patent Prosecution Attorney
The candidate must have JD degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar. Should have 5 years of patent drafting and prosecution experience for U.S. and foreign clients. Member of the patent Bar is must. A Ph.D. in Chemistry or related field is preferred. Molecule patent prosecution experience is desired.
