Job Title: Cybersecurity & Digital Risk Associate (Texas) Job Responsibilities: - Advising clients during cybersecurity incidents, including forensic coordination, containment, notification, and regulator engagement. - Representing clients in enforcement actions and investigations by the FTC, SEC, DOJ, HHS OCR, and state Attorneys General. - Counseling clients on compliance with emerging cybersecurity and privacy laws, including state, federal, and cross-border frameworks.
