The candidate must have an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics or Computer Science and be admitted to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Must have 2+ years of patent prosecution experience. Should have 1+ year of solid experience writing U.S. patent applications. Electrical, Mechanical and Computer Science Associate
The candidate must have a degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, or a related field of study, be a member of the patent bar and 2-4 years of patent drafting and prosecution experience. Industry experience is a plus. Must also have strong academic credentials, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Software / Electrical Patent Attorney
The candidate must have 5+ years of experience and a portable book of business. Should have extensive experience writing and prosecuting software and electrical patents. Admission before the USPTO and at least one State Bar association is required. Preference will be given to candidates who have backgrounds that include actual laboratory or engineering experience, or have worked as in-house counsel.
The candidate must be registered to practice before the USPTO, and have 5+ years' experience in patent preparation and patent prosecution. Experience in other technology areas, such as electrical, process engineering, as well as in handling trademark issues is a plus. A solid background in mechanical and electro-mechanical engineering.
