• Advise clients on licensing agreements and technology transfer.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in the state of Connecticut.
• Specialization or demonstrated expertise in engineering, chemistry, or life science.
• 2-6 years of experience practicing intellectual property law.
• Proven ability to generate and maintain portable business.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
