Intellectual Property Associate
The candidate must have 1 to 3 years of intellectual property experience, a degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering, and a license to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Must have strong research and writing skills and an excellent academic record. Patent drafting and prosecution, patentability, and IP licensing experience preferred. Must be licensed to practice in the state that the office resides.
