Candidate should have JD Degree from an ABA accredited law school with 8+ years of experience in employment litigation/counseling. Higher education experience is a plus. Must possess excellent writing, oral advocacy, communication and legal analysis skills. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills is a must. $500K+ portable book of business is required.
Business Litigation and/or Employment Law Attorney
The candidate must have 10+ years of practice experience with area of practice includes business litigation and/or employment law. Should be licensed and in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar (and ideally South Carolina State Bar as well).
