Tax Controversy Associate
The candidate should preferably have 1-3 years of federal tax controversy experience and have attained a high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school. An LL.M. is preferred. Will work directly with partners and receive hands-on training while working on a wide range of interesting and challenging tax dispute matters.
New York City of AmLaw firm is seeking a tax attorney with experience in domestic and cross-border M&A's, financings, and/or resturctings. The position will also touch on tax controversy and planning.
