Job Duties:

  • Guide the structuring of inbound foreign investment.
  • Utilize REIT and real estate finance experience in handling relevant legal matters.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support clients' needs.
  • Draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and opinions.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to deliver comprehensive legal services.

Requirements:

  • Possess 3-6 years of experience in transactional tax, specifically in real estate funds/JVs, Private Equity, mergers and acquisitions, finance, restructuring work, and tax controversy matters.
  • Previous experience in a large law firm setting.
  • Superior academic credentials, including a law degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to the bar and in good standing with the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Proven client management skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
