Construction Law Attorney
The candidate will prepare and argue motions, including summary judgment motions in both State and Federal Courts. Will take and defend depositions. Attend and defend and/or prosecute trials and other hearings. Must demonstrate expertise in complex commercial litigation and class actions. Should be able to travel as needed.
The candidate should have 3-5 years of sophisticated complex commercial litigation experience or equivalent construction litigation experience. Construction industry experience is a plus. Must have stellar academic credentials, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Transactional experience is a plus.

Possess substantive construction and project development litigation experience, including motion practice and trial experience. Transactional experience is an additional benefit.
Litigation Associate (Judicial Clerk)
The candidate will directly support partners in a variety of practice areas including consumer class actions, fiduciary litigation, international arbitration, construction and disputes, and insurance regulatory matters. Should preferably have 1-2 years of litigation experience, including all phases of discovery, motions practice and trial preparation. Prior experience with class action defense is preferred.
