Law Firm is searching for a Trial Attorney to join their team in San Francisco, Orange County, or Los Angeles. This position offers an annual base salary of $170,000 to $200,000+, depending on years of experience and trial experience, as well as a robust bonus program ranging from $10,000 – $30,000+.

The successful candidate must possess:
• Admittance to the State Bar of California
• Significant civil defense litigation experience and jury trial experience in the areas of general liability (., premises liability, personal injury, automobile/trucking accidents, construction defect, habitability matters, etc.), products liability, and/or asbestos/toxic tort
• Extensive experience conducting discovery, taking and defending depositions, preparing and arguing motions, attending mediations or arbitrations, and preparing for trial
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Ability to make in-person appearances on cases when needed, including to attend trial
