The attorney will be responsible for managing a caseload of litigation and non-litigation matters, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and appearing in court. They will also have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, provide legal advice to clients, and participate in business development initiatives with an active entrepreneurial drive.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree
• Active Bar membership in the state of California
• 2+ years of relevant experience in construction litigation and non-litigation matters
