Construction Law Attorney
The candidate will prepare and argue motions, including summary judgment motions in both State and Federal Courts. Will take and defend depositions. Attend and defend and/or prosecute trials and other hearings. Must demonstrate expertise in complex commercial litigation and class actions. Should be able to travel as needed.
Litigation Associate / Construction Defect Attorney
The candidateâ€™s responsibilities will include all aspects of case management from inception to trial. Should have 3-5 years of experience in Construction Defect Law. Should have a strong litigation background along with excellent academic credentials and superb writing and communication skills.
Construction / General Liability Attorney
The candidate must have 3-5 years of experience in construction/general liability law. Should have a strong litigation background with excellent academic credentials. Responsibilities will include all aspects of case management from inception to trial.
Construction Litigation Attorney
The candidate should have 7-10 years of experience for Construction & Facilities Practice Group. Must have superior academic credentials, excellent analytical and writing skills, a strong work ethic and dedication to the practice of law. Possess substantive construction and project development litigation experience, including motion practice and trial experience. Transactional experience is an additional benefit.
Real Estate/Construction Associate
The candidate should have 3-5 years of experience and an emphasis in transactional construction law and/or real estate development. Prior experience with transactional real estate, infrastructure projects, including public contracts and/or public/private partnerships or exposure to construction litigation is helpful.
