Salary Information: $130,000-175,000 per year (depends on experience)

Experience Required: 3+ years in general litigation (GL), business litigation, construction, and/or complex civil litigation

Position Summary:
- Seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join our growing and dynamic legal team at Klinedinst
- Must be licensed in California with strong academic credentials
- Responsible for handling GL, business, construction, and/or complex civil cases
- Opportunity to handle cases throughout the state
- Passion for advocacy and creative legal solutions is a must
- Ability to handle cases independently and tackle complex issues
- Experience in discovery planning, depositions, document management, and trial preparation

Responsibilities:
- Handle GL, business, construction, and/or complex civil litigation cases
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
- Independently manage cases and tackle complex issues
- Structure discovery plans and manage document-intensive cases
- Take and defend depositions
- Draft dispositive motions
- Prepare for trial
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Embrace a strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork
