Job Title: Intake Unit Paralegal Organization: Organization Job Responsibilities: - Conduct legal research, prepare legal summaries and memoranda, and assist in preparing correspondence related to legal matters. - Prepare cases for attorneys to present in court, including drafting pleadings. - Draft letters, memoranda, legal documents, in forma pauperis affidavits, and other correspondence as assigned. - Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure accuracy.
