Personal Injury Litigation Attorney The candidate will take over a docket of 75-100 ongoing litigation cases ranging from MVAs to Premise to Wrongful Death cases both BI and UIM policies. Will take an aggressive approach in negotiating and trial settings. Must have 3 years personal injury trial experience required.
Family Law Attorney The candidate's responsibilities include: Texas Family Law Code; Divorce and Legal Separation; Child Support; Child Custody; Visitation; Alimony (spousal maintenance); Post-Judgment Modification; Prenuptial Agreements; Paternity; Mediation; Collaborative Divorce. 7 years family law experience required. Active member of State Bar required. Juris Doctorate required. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
