Business Litigation Attorney
Candidates must have: 3+ yearsâ€™ experience as a litigation attorney in non-routine business/commercial, real estate, and employment litigation. Pretrial discovery experience. Motion practice and oral argument experience. First chair deposition experience. First chair trial experience is desirable. Excellent writing, drafting and case analysis skills. Superior academic credentials.
The candidate will be including criminal defense and family law with a desire to expand into other areas of practice. Should preferably have 1 year as a licensed Wisconsin attorney. Must have excellent work history and excellent academic credentials with a litigation focus.
