Special Prosecutor The candidate reporting to the District Attorney, the Special Prosecutor researches legal issues, provides information and assists the District Attorney. Performs other duties including attending hearings, preparing jury instructions, etc., as required. Reviews police agency referrals and makes appropriate charging decisions.
