Utilize strong negotiation and communication skills.
Minimum 5 years experience in workers’ compensation defense.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in California.
Minimum 5 years experience in workers’ compensation defense.
Knowledge of California workers’ compensation laws and procedures.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to manage a full caseload of varying degrees of complexity.
Experience with conducting discovery and preparing cases for trial.
Willingness to travel to court and other appearances.
Ability to maintain exceptional client interaction.
Proficiency in composing legal documents.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Compensation:
$80k - $200k annually.

As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for managing a full caseload of workers’ compensation cases, including evaluating the merits of the case, providing guidance and counsel to clients, and negotiating and litigating cases when necessary.
