* Experience in complex coverage litigation, first-party coverage issues, fraud, and bad faith claims
* Litigation experience including depositions, court hearings, and drafting and arguing motions
* Conduct legal research and writing with strong attention to detail
* Maintain excellent academic credentials and admission to Pennsylvania Bar
