Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct client interviews and maintain ongoing communication with Spanish-speaking clients
- Draft, proofread, and translate legal documents and correspondence
- Gather and organize medical records, police reports, and other evidence pertinent to cases
- Prepare legal documents, including affidavits, discovery, and trial materials
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, hearings, and depositions
- Assist attorneys in trial preparation and other case-related tasks

Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (verbal and written) required
- Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience, preferably in personal injury law
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work empathetically with clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Filevine
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
