The Director of Investigations will be responsible for leading and supporting investigations related to alleged violations of **Members Only** policy or law. This role requires a strong understanding of Ethics & Compliance, Employee Relations, and Employment Law, with 10-12 years of experience preferred. The ideal candidate will also have a , CFE, and experience conducting internal investigations. They should possess excellent communication and data analytic skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team. The Director must also be proactive, sensitive to confidentiality concerns, and able to adapt to cultural differences in a global environment. Some of the key responsibilities of this role include leading investigations of sensitive matters, documenting reported cases, conducting trend analysis, and presenting Speak Up campaigns to employees.
