Transactional Associate Attorney The candidate will support banking and financial services, commercial leasing, and general corporate practice areas. Responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating: commercial loan documents for bank clients; commercial leases, amendments, and related documents on behalf of commercial landlord clients; and, general corporate documents, real estate instruments (deeds, agreements of sale, easements), asset purchase/stock purchase agreements, and the like. Should have 1-3 years of experience in one or more of the forgoing practice areas and will be a team player.
