- Provide an enhanced understanding and appreciation for the judicial system
- Various placement areas available, including Family Law, Court Administration, and Judicial Operations
- Volunteer opportunities available for most programs

Paralegal Program:
- Provides quality paralegal work experience
- Assists with preparation of legal documents for cases involving child support, spousal support, and health insurance issues
- Participants receive experience preparing legal documents, access to networking opportunities, and an overview of court processes and procedures
- Placement areas: Family Law (Self-Help Centers, Domestic Violence Clinic, Guardianship Clinic, Toll Family Law Counseling Center with LAFLA)
- Who should apply: Students currently enrolled in paralegal schools, colleges, and universities throughout LA County; Individuals who have completed a Paralegal certificate program in paralegal schools, colleges, or universities

What to Expect Next:
- Eligible applicants will be placed on a list for up to 6 months and considered for available opportunities
