Key Responsibilities:
- Represent trustees and/or collateral agents in structured finance transactions
- Provide legal advice and support on various structured finance matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure high-quality legal services

Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $250,000 - $305,000, dependent on years of experience.

Qualifications:
- Must be licensed and in good standing in the state of practice
