Job Title: Attorneys - Workers’ Compensation and Liability Insurance Defense
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage in hands-on litigation with a focus on Workers’ Compensation (WC) and Liability Insurance Defense.
- Manage billable hours effectively, ensuring compliance with firm requirements.
- Communicate frequently and effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and all levels of management to facilitate case progress and resolution.
- Handle a diverse range of cases, providing comprehensive legal defense services.
Education and Experience Information:
- Candidates must be members of the Maryland bar; being a member of the . bar is considered a plus.
- Possess 1-3 years of legal experience, with a preference for experience in Workers’ Compensation or Liability Insurance Defense.
- Demonstrated experience in billing hours is required, indicating familiarity with the demands of legal practice in a firm environment.
