Job Title: Complex Commercial Litigation Associate
Job Responsibilities:
The Complex Commercial Litigation Associate will engage in various duties within the legal framework of commercial litigation. The role requires:
- Conducting extensive legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Drafting legal documents, including briefs, motions, and other court documents.
- Engaging in oral and written advocacy, presenting arguments effectively in court.
- Collaborating with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and legal arguments.
- Managing discovery processes, including document review and deposition preparation.
- Maintaining attention to detail in all legal documentation and communication.
- Upholding strong interpersonal skills to facilitate effective client and team interactions.
- Participating in all phases of litigation from inception through trial.
Education and Experience Information:
Candidates must possess:
- At least 3+ years of commercial litigation experience and/or judicial clerkship experience.
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Excellent law school credentials; law review experience is preferred.
- Experience as a former judicial clerk is highly desirable.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- A keen attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $240,000 - $350,000.
