Job Title: Senior Family Law Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional client service by maintaining regular contact and communicating case progress and strategy.
- Execute case strategy in collaboration with senior-level attorneys, senior paralegals, clients, and support staff.
- Manage own caseload and prepare legal documents related to family law.
- Provide support to senior attorneys handling more complex cases.
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations.
- Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.
- Attend business development and networking functions with firm leadership and solo.
- Handle FAPA cases and work collaboratively with other attorneys in the office.

Education and Experience Information:
- At least 2 years of experience practicing Family Law in Oregon.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with FAPAs, asset division, custody, spousal and child support.
- Adequate trial and mediation experience or meaningful litigation experience.
- Active membership in Oregon State Bar; Washington State Bar membership is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional client service.
- Growth-minded professional with outstanding analytical ability and research skills.
- Detail-oriented with high standards for accuracy.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle a heavy caseload and provide support to other attorneys.
- Willingness to supervise staff within the practice group.
