Job Title: Family Law Associate

Job Responsibilities:
The Family Law Associate will be responsible for managing an ongoing caseload under the supervision of a Principal or managing attorney. The role requires active participation in litigation and alternative dispute resolution within the family law practice area. The associate will collaborate with senior attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to achieve successful outcomes for clients. Meeting billing requirements and contributing to the overall performance of the team are critical components of this position.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates should have an interest or experience in Washington family law, although all experience levels are encouraged to apply. A Washington Bar license or eligibility pending examination results is required. A dual Bar license in Oregon and bilingual abilities are considered advantageous. Experience in other areas of legal practice is also viewed as beneficial. The candidate should possess strong research and writing skills, organizational capabilities, and a strong work ethic. Additionally, a strong desire to be active in business professional groups and Bar associations is essential.

Salary Information:
The salary range for the Family Law Associate position is $90, to $125, annually. The law firm offers a competitive base salary along with bonuses.
