Legal Internship, Fall

Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in the Criminal Bureau's efforts to protect the public by engaging in the investigation and prosecution of a wide array of criminal cases.
- Assist in prosecuting cases involving public corruption, financial fraud, violations of public trust, organized crime, major narcotic offenses, appellate issues, insurance fraud, unemployment fraud, cyber and electronic crimes, and other serious offenses.
- Support the Enterprise, Major, and Cyber Crimes Division by employing sophisticated investigative techniques to target criminal enterprises and organizations.
- Engage in legal research, case preparation, and various tasks pertinent to ongoing investigations and prosecutions under the guidance of experienced attorneys.
- Collaborate with State Police detectives and other law enforcement partners in the pursuit of justice and public safety.

Education and Experience Information:
- Enrollment in a law school is required, as the internship program is specifically designed for current law students.
- Individuals who have completed law school are not eligible for this internship program.
- Interns are selected based on their alignment with the needs and requests of individual divisions within the Attorney General’s Office.

Salary Information:
- The legal internship positions are unpaid.
