Job Title: Product Liability & Mass Torts Associate
Job Responsibilities:
The Product Liability & Mass Torts Associate will be an integral member of trial teams handling significant individual, multidistrict, mass tort, and class action lawsuits for product manufacturers across various industries. The associate will work within a collaborative team environment focused on delivering exceptional client service and providing associate development opportunities. Responsibilities include conducting thorough research, preparing legal documents, and delivering oral advocacy in court. The associate will be involved in all phases of litigation, from initial case assessment through trial and appeal, managing complex legal challenges in some of the most demanding jurisdictions for corporate clients.
Education and Experience Information:
Candidates must possess outstanding academic credentials and have 3 to 5 years of tort litigation experience, specifically in mass torts, product liability, and/or toxic/environmental torts. Experience at a large law firm is required. Applicants must also have strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Local bar admission is a necessary qualification for this position. The role is suitable for individuals who have demonstrated success in managing complex litigation and are committed to professional growth within a dynamic legal environment.
Salary Information:
The anticipated full-time annualized salary range for this position is $235,000 to $365,000. The salary offer will be contingent upon various factors, including relevant experience, internal equity, market data, job location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
