Job Title: Director, Product Management - Westlaw

Job Responsibilities:
The Director of Product Management for Westlaw is responsible for transforming legal research and litigation workflows using Gen AI. The role requires leading a team of AI-savvy lawyers to deconstruct complex legal research and related litigation workflows into subparts that state-of-the-art AI can effectively manage. The director will collaborate with data scientists and engineers to quickly bring new solutions to market. Additionally, the role involves improving legal briefs and motions through sophisticated legal analysis and efficient legal research. The director will also conduct customer research with experienced litigators to gain a deeper understanding of customer workflows and refine product concepts.

Education and Experience Information:
Ideal candidates for the Director of Product Management position should have a deep understanding of AI as a significant advancement in human history and be fluent with the latest AI tools and techniques. They should possess either a deep experience as a litigator engaged in complex legal research or have over 5 years of experience in product development within the legal industry, preferably focused on litigation.

Salary Information:
The base compensation range for the role varies across locations. Eligible office locations for this role include New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and/or Irvine, CA; McLean, VA; Washington, DC. The base compensation range in these locations is $177,380 - $329,420. For any eligible US locations not specifically noted, the base compensation range is $154,000 - $286,000. The role may also be eligible for an annual bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. Base pay is determined based on an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one component of a comprehensive Total Reward program that includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
