The successful candidate will have 5+ years of civil litigation experience, a license in good standing in New York and Connecticut and excellent drafting skills. The attorney will have the opportunity to work with world-class clients on civil litigation and regulatory investigation matters.

Job Responsibilities:

Drafting legal pleadings, notices, and memoranda
Working a litigation case load, depending upon complexity and activity
Taking ownership of every case assigned, understanding the details intimately, managing deliverables to deadlines, communicating with partners, and taking initiative at every opportunity
Appearing in court, mediations, and settlement negotiations
Working remote effectively and traveling to a Law Firm office, courthouse, or other location as required
Performing all other duties and responsibilities involving the licensed practice of law, firm administration and operations, mentoring and training

Job Requirements:

Licensed and in good standing in New York and Connecticut
Massachusetts license a plus
Five or more years of civil litigation experience
Excellent drafting skills (firsthand examples required at the interview)
Proven oral advocacy and courtroom experience
