The **Members Only** in Daytona Beach, FL is currently seeking a District Court Career Attorney to join their team. This full-time position offers a starting salary range of $67, to $86, Annually, depending on experience. The job involves preparing bench memos and conducting legal research for Judge F. Rand Wallis. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work remotely or in a hybrid combination of in-person and remote.

Responsibilities:
- Preparation of bench memos based on review of briefs, record on appeal, and independent research
- Analysis and research of civil and criminal matters
- Excellent writing skills with working knowledge of Blue Book and legal citation formulas
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strict deadlines
- Membership in the Florida Bar is desired but not required

Education and Experience:
- Entry-level law clerk: Graduation from an accredited . law school with very good academic achievement
- Senior law clerk level: Two years of legal experience and Florida Bar membership
- Career attorney level: Five years of legal experience and Florida Bar membership
