Job Description

- DLA Piper is seeking exceptional law students to join our 2026 Summer Program in the Chicago office.
- We are looking for candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset and a demonstrated interest in intellectual property.
- The 10-week program offers a tailored experience, pro bono opportunities, in-depth training, and social events.
- As a summer associate in our Franchise group, you will receive support from a dedicated team and have the opportunity to build your network.
- This is a hybrid position, with both remote and in-office expectations.

Requirements

- Completion of the equivalent of four semesters of law school prior to starting the 2026 Summer Program.
- Interest in intellectual property and technology law.


Physical Demands

- Work involves sitting most of the time, with occasional walking and standing.
