Job Title: Banking & Finance Associate
Job Responsibilities:
The law firm is seeking an associate with two to six years of experience to join its internationally recognized Banking & Finance practice. The practice focuses on representing lenders and borrowers in a wide range of debt financings, both domestically and internationally. This includes private credit transactions, syndicated credit facilities, and growth capital financings. The successful candidate will be expected to handle these responsibilities effectively, contributing to the firm's reputation in the banking and finance sector.
Education and Experience Information:
Candidates should have two to six years of relevant law firm experience. They must be highly motivated and possess superior client service skills. Additionally, candidates are required to be members of the Bar in a . State and must satisfy any jurisdictional requirements of the law firm's office.
Salary Information:
The expected salary range for this position is between $235,000 and $339,000. The law firm is committed to offering a comprehensive, competitive, and thoughtful total compensation package to its attorneys and staff, regardless of their location. The salary within this range will depend on various job-related factors, including qualifications, relevant experience or education, specific skills or expertise, and geography. Other compensation may include an annual discretionary merit bonus, determined by both firm and individual performance.
