- Conducting Quality Control reviews of documents before submission to clients or courts to ensure compliance.
- Monitoring dockets for filed appearances to identify and escalate actionable docket events.
- Ensuring upstream and downstream processes comply with court deadlines, client SLAs, or internal deadlines.
- Provide Loan Level Support to Firm Staff:
- Answering legal questions related to loans and providing training tools and drafting templates.
- Coordinating with leadership to identify areas for process and staff improvement.
- Acting with integrity, energy, and commitment, embodying the firm culture, and maintaining consistency through work ethic and personal conduct.
- Timely escalating, managing, and mitigating any firm risk related to legal matters performed by the firm’s bankruptcy department.
- Provide Loan Level Support to Firm Clients:
- Answering client questions and communicating in a timely manner.
- Providing training tools and escalating process-level questions or concerns to internal leadership.
- Research:
- Using vendor and firm tools to conduct research and providing results and recommendations regarding training, technology, or process changes needed.
